La Bella Vita: Vivacious Vero Modero

What a lovely day I had. The office I worked in was closed for an off-site event and me, being a lowly temp, was welcome to attend, but it was not mandatory. So I decided to stay home. I got to sleep in (which for me, now is sadly only until 8am) and got some stuff done in RL. I was also able to casually blog today. Which was just lovely to do. Especially with these three new looks from the always wonderful Vero Modero. Two brand new dresses and a pair of wonderfully casual linen cargo type pants, complete with prim pockets.

The first look is the casual linen pants. They are made for female's but honestly, I think they could look good on male avi's as well. I paired them with a sheer long sleeved shirt from Acid and Mala that is actually the undershirt for their double layered grunge looking tank tops, Magika hair and dressed the look up a bit with the Mimmi Set from Finesmith.

The next look is an Asian Inspired Mini Dress. This is something that has become quite popular across the grid lately and has been seen in the collections of many of the top designers in SL. This cute, strapless, sculpted dress comes in about 5 other colors. I picked the red and topped the look off with the Kay Ensemble by Finesmith.

This next look is just fun. The hat actually reminds me a lot of the hats I would see women from West Africa wear when I was still living in Brooklyn. As with the Asian dress, the Cici dress comes in about 4 or 5 other colors. I picked the orange, because frankly, I don't have enough fun, funky bright clothing. Capped off with the Trei Ensemble in Sunset by ::MOOD::
