La Bella Vita: Vintage Fair from PurpleMoon featuring Harry Frychester

Well, October was just crazy but wonderful for me in SL and in RL. And so many events coming up on SL in the coming weeks. The Vintage Fair, a fashion event inspired by Vintage fashion will be starting on SecondLife on November 11th. I am so excited to see what the amazing designers of SL have in store for us, and this is a little sneak peak of one of the offerings from my all time favorite, PurpleMoon - The Donna Dress (Shown Below in Pink). Once again, Poulet just out does herself.

I do have an ulterior motive for this post though. I have met so many unbelievably talented artists in my time on Second Life, not just designers, but performers as well. I feel extremely fortunate to consider one of the most talented singers (not my opinion FYI, but a FACT) a friend of mine. Harry Frychester, (sometimes referred to as the Michael Buble of SecondLife) is one of the most talented Jazz singers to come across the grid in a LONG time. Don't believe me? Go to one of his ALWAYS packed shows. Harry is currently one of four finalists up for the prestigious 2011 Chicago SL Entertainer of the Year. This is a HUGE honor for Harry and I couldn't be more proud of him. It is something that is 100 percent deserved as well. So run down to the Chicago Sim and vote for Harry (its free and you can only do it once) Don't wanna take my word for it. Then watch the video below of Harry singing live in SL. Harry also put up with me long enough to take a photo with me, showing of the beautiful Donna dress.

PS. Ladies, don't get too excited. Harry is very much taken by the lovely and equally talented singer Ms. Pippa Exonar, who is going to be featured with me here later this month!!
